We are ready to recommend a hotel according to your wish and budget. If you choose any hotel at the web site, we will check availability in the period requested and book the hotel. If the hotel is not available, we will reserve for you an alternative accommodation within a similar price range, standard, rating and location. If you are not satisfied with the alternative booking we are ready to finalize the booking to suit your individual need, requirements and any budget.
Your reservation confirmation with full booking information will be sent immediately, no later than within 24 hours.
Either credit card details through a GUARANTEE BOOKING FORM, that is required by ABANTE to be sent by fax/email or deposit payments for groups (from 5 rooms/10 persons), unless stated otherwise, are due to secure your booking.

What is your price policy at www.abante.cz?

We offer many discounts, so we are able to provide lower prices than hotels but also LAST MINUTE and SPECIAL TRAVEL DEALS. You will save between 5% to 40% off rack rates according to the season period and a type of your reservation request. Please specify the period requested, number of nights, number of persons, type of rooms, accommodation standard, hotel location and we will send a proposal for your Prague/Czech Republic stay immediately, no later than within one working day.

How many Prague hotels do you have on offer?

We provide bookings for all famous and popular hotels not only in Prague but around the Czech Republic as well. Although a list of hotels on the website is limited, please do not hesitate to contact us any time with your special booking requirement for any town/region in the Czech Republic.

Can I book a hotel out of the capital - Prague?

Yes, we reserve hotels and accommodation in Ceske Budejovice, Jindrichuv Hradec, Cesky Krumlov, Brno, Olomouc, Ostrava, Karlovy Vary, Marianske Lazne, Liberec, Plzen and in many other towns in the Czech Republic.
Please specify your travel requirements and you will receive our recommendation with hotels availability for the period requested.

Do you require payment prior to arrival?

We do not require full payment prior to your arrival for all individual travelers (max. 4 rooms/9 persons), unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required for all ABANTE travel & golf package deals and bookings of some 4*/5* hotels.
You receive by email your RESERVATION CONFIRMATION SHEET with complete booking information to be kept and presented at the time of your check-in. You will be required to pay directly at the hotel, unless stated otherwise (see the above mentioned information).
During top term periods and for group reservations (from 5 rooms/10 persons) hotels might have different cancellation and payment policy. Deposit payment or full payment prior to check-in date might be requested to secure your reservation then.
You will be informed about all the details (payment & cancellation policy) in your RESERVATION CONFIRMATION SHEET.

What is your cancellation policy?

There will be no cancellation charges if you cancel your booking of accommodation more than 3 days prior to check-in date. If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days prior to check-in date or you don´t arrive, the hotel will charge cancellation fee of one nights accommodation, unless stated otherwise.
